ṛṣer bhāgavata-mukhyasya
satyaṁ kartuṁ vaco hariḥ
jagāma śanakais tatra
yatrāstāṁ yamalārjunau
Synonyms
ṛṣeḥ—of the great sage and saintly person Nārada; bhagavata-mukhyasya—of the topmost of all devotees; satyam—truthful; kartum—to prove; vacah—his words; hariḥ—the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa; jagāma—went there; śanakaiḥ—very slowly; tatra—there; yatra—to the spot where; astam—there were; yamala-arjunau—the twin arjuna trees. ¶
Translation
The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Śrī Kṛṣṇa, to fulfill the truthfulness of the words of the greatest devotee, Nārada, slowly went to that spot where the twin arjuna trees were standing. ¶
