kṛtvā śirasi tac-cheṣāṁ
devam udvāsayet tataḥ
dvy-avarān bhojayed viprān
pāyasena yathocitam

Synonyms

kṛtvā—taking; sirasi—on the head; tat-sesam—all the remnants (the water and flowers offered to the Deity); devam—unto the Deity; udvāsayet—should be thrown into a sacred place; tatah—thereafter; dvi-avarān—a minimum of two; bhojayet—should feed; viprānbrāhmaṇas; pāyasena—with sweet rice; yathā-ucitam—as each deserves. 

Translation

After touching to one’s head all the flowers and water offered to the Deity, one should throw them into a sacred place. Then one should feed at least two brāhmaṇas with sweet rice.
